Swedish Massage – after a wild session in our hotel’s Spa area, your muscles deserve some serious TLC (Tender Loving Care, not Tough Love). Swedish Massage combines gentle pressure with firmer strokes to melt away tension and boost circulation. Expect kneading, friction, and long strokes to break up the knots and help your body chill the hell out. Hardness: Medium – not too hard, not too soft, just the right pressure to make you think, “Why didn’t I do this before I hit the Spa?”
